Procedure Step 1 We listen to the circumstances/problems being faced by our client Step 2 The situation is assessed Step 3 The client is requested to advise us, as to what she wants to do Step 4 We take the appropriate action in order to help her.
DVAWHP is committed to keeping all informatin regarding staff and clinets confidential
DVAWHP will ensure that only authorised persons within the organisation will have access to personal records.
DVAWHP can terminate the contract of employment or training of any person who will breach the confidentiality.
DVAWHP will ensure that any information relating to the client, will only be available to mainstream professionals, with the consent from the individual concerned.
Under no circumstances must any confidential information, regarding the organisation, go out of the Centre.
Emergency Accomodation If the client feels that she is in danger at her home due to domestic violence and only if the client wishes to seek alternative accomodation, then we get in touch with other mainstream professionals, to orrganise emergency accommodation, on behalf of our client.
